When does my order arrive?
You will be given a tracking number when your order is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com with the e-mail subject "Missing Tracking." In the e-mail body, provide us your order number so we can look it in our system.
How do I return or refund an order?
We offer refund on lost, damaged, defective, misspelled-on-our-part or wrong items within 35 days after your order is shipped. In most cases, you do not have to ship anything back to us. We simply need to confirm your identity and could request a photo of the item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
